What your booking includes
​Expressway Moving offers labor-only loading, unloading and in-home moving help in New York City and surrounding areas. Standard labor rates do not include a truck, transportation or driving a customer’s vehicle.
Rates, payment and truck requests
Choose one to five helpers and a duration of 2–12 hours. Every standard labor booking has a two-hour minimum. Hourly crew rates are $32.50 for one helper, $65 for two, $114 for three, $160 for four and $200 for five. Additional time is billed at the matching hourly rate.
Full payment for the selected labor booking is due at online checkout. Review your crew, duration, available date and time, job addresses and total before paying.
If you request transportation, include both pickup and drop-off addresses and the truck request in your move notes. We will contact you with a separate estimate; a truck is not included in the online labor price.
Cancellations and booking questions
A cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice qualifies for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may receive a partial refund depending on the circumstances. For the exact amount, or other cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, contact Expressway Moving.
