Does my booking include a truck?
Online booking and payment cover moving labor only. A truck and transportation are not included. If you need a truck, include your pickup and drop-off addresses in your booking notes. We’ll contact you with a separate transportation estimate; your labor booking does not reserve a truck.
What is the minimum booking?
There is a two-hour minimum for every crew size. Choose 2–12 hours when booking. Additional time is billed at your crew’s hourly rate.
Can you help with stairs or a walk-up?
Yes. We do not charge a separate stair fee. If stairs make your move take longer, extra time is billed at your booked crew’s hourly rate. Include the number of flights at both addresses, elevator access or reservations, and large or heavy items when booking.
What if my move needs extra time?
Additional labor is billed at the hourly rate for the crew you booked, shown in our pricing above. Let us know as soon as possible if you need more time. If you expect a longer move, choose more hours when booking or call or text 914-282-5444 to talk through the details.
Where do you work?
We help with moves throughout New York City and the surrounding areas. Tell us the addresses and any stairs, elevator rules, or building restrictions when you book.
How do I book and pay?
Choose your crew, date, start time, and hours. Pay the full labor total online to complete your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation and email updates if your booking changes.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your move for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may qualify for a partial refund depending on the circumstances. For other cancellations within 24 hours, contact us. See our Refund Policy for details.
